How To Make Your Own Gmail Autoresponder With Attachments

According to Wiki auto responder is

"An autoresponder is a computer program that automatically answers e-mail sent to it. They can be very simple or quite complex."

Many times you observe when you send email to anyone or fill any form then you got reply imidiately from them. How ? Only due to auto responder software.

Here, I explained a simple auto responding process in Gmail. So, when anyone send you email then he/she received your reply immediately ( in less than 1 min. ) even without your knowledge.

If you running any affiliated program in which visitor send email to you then this hub very useful for you.

 1. Open up your Gmail account & click on Settings & select Labs (or directly click on lab icon)

Enable these two settings

1. Enable Create a Document

2. Enable Canned Respones

Now, open google doc site & create a document or just upload any existing document.

Go to your Google Document & select " Share " & choose "sharing setting"

Select "Anyone with the link " option & get the link to the share, copy that link.

Now, Compose mail in Gmail. You see a new option near attachment option in Gmail called " Canned Response". Click on it & choose "New Channel Response" & give a name to this project.

Write in subject field & type your message in text field & at the end type your document link (according to pic )

Then again click on "canned response" & choose "Save"

Now, close composer.

Now, go in Settings-Filter-Create Filter for creating filter for this project. 

In "To" field type your email id & press "Next Step" . Now select your project in "Canned Response" & press "Finish"

Finally, our project is complete. Let's experiment send mail to other id to this id & see you got response immidiately
